We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment activities, employee onboarding, documentation, and coordination with clients and workforce teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and candidate screening processes
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in onboarding and visa documentation processes
  • Coordinate with payroll and operations departments
  • Prepare HR reports and recruitment status updates
  • Support workforce deployment and staffing operations
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and HR systems
  • Familiarity with UAE labor and recruitment processes is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • English proficiency required; Hindi/Urdu is a plus
