We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment activities, employee onboarding, documentation, and coordination with clients and workforce teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and candidate screening processes
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in onboarding and visa documentation processes
- Coordinate with payroll and operations departments
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment status updates
- Support workforce deployment and staffing operations
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
Requirements
- 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR systems
- Familiarity with UAE labor and recruitment processes is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English proficiency required; Hindi/Urdu is a plus
